LinkageLeap provides digital SaaS-based services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Subscription or AMC fees paid for the use of the platform are non-refundable
Once a billing cycle has started, no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused time
Any one-time setup, customization, or onboarding fees are non-refundable
These charges cover configuration, deployment, and technical setup work already performed
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment deducted but service not activated
Technical issue on our side preventing service usage (verified by our team)
All such requests are subject to review and approval by LinkageLeap.
