Terms of Service – LinkageLeap

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LinkageLeap platform (“Service”), operated by LinkageLeap (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to LinkageLeap website, mobile apps, and related services

  • “Client” / “School” refers to the institution subscribing to the Service

  • “Users” include administrators, teachers, students, parents, and staff

  • “Data” refers to all information uploaded or processed through the platform

2. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized by your institution to use the Service

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

3. Scope of Service

LinkageLeap provides:

  • School management tools (attendance, results, communication, etc.)

  • Digital learning and administrative features

  • Communication channels between school stakeholders

We reserve the right to modify or improve features at any time.

4. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • The Client is responsible for all activities under its accounts

  • Unauthorized access must be reported immediately

5. Subscription & Fees

  • Services may be offered on subscription or AMC basis

  • Fees are payable as agreed in the service plan

  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or harmful activities

  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

  • Misuse communication features

Violation may result in account suspension.

7. Data Ownership & Processing

  • The Client (School) retains full ownership of data

  • LinkageLeap acts as a Data Processor

  • Data is processed only to provide the Service

  • We do not sell or misuse client data

8. Data Security

We implement:

  • Secure infrastructure

  • Access controls

  • Encryption protocols

However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Data Backup & Availability

  • Regular backups are maintained

  • We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime

10. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, software, and design belong to LinkageLeap

  • Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service

  • Reverse engineering or copying is prohibited

11. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with:

  • Payment gateways

  • Messaging services

  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LinkageLeap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the last billing cycle

13. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LinkageLeap from:

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • At the request of the Client

Upon termination:

  • Access will be revoked

  • Data may be deleted after a reasonable period

15. Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable

  • Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Support & SLA (Optional)

  • Support is provided as per agreed plan

  • Response times may vary based on subscription tier
